Terms governing accounts, authorized content, credits, payments, and use of Lip Sync AI

These Terms govern your use of the Lip Sync AI website and services. By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and AI Abuse Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login secure, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You must have all rights, permissions, and consents required for the video, face, likeness, voice, audio, music, and intended use of the output.
You grant us and our service partners a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, modify, and deliver your content solely as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. This license does not allow us to publicly advertise with your content without your permission.
You may not use the service for illegal activity, sexual exploitation, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, extortion, defamation, political manipulation, fabricated evidence, unauthorized endorsements, infringement, malware, or attempts to bypass service, safety, account, or payment controls.
You must not present generated or edited content as authentic evidence, an official statement, an emergency message, or another person's professional advice when doing so would be deceptive or harmful. Additional rules appear in the AI Abuse Policy.
Generated results may contain visual, timing, audio, or identity-related imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing the result before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee that every upload will be accepted, that every generation will succeed, or that results will be suitable for a particular platform, commercial purpose, or high-risk use.
Service features, limits, supported formats, processing times, quality options, and prices may change. We may limit or refuse processing to protect users, enforce these Terms, or maintain service security.
Credits are units for using the service. They are not cash, securities, or transferable property. The number of credits required is shown before generation and may depend on duration and the selected quality option.
Eligible new accounts receive a one-time 30-credit promotional grant for Basic generation. Promotional credits expire seven days after issue, are limited to Basic, and may be used only for jobs of up to 15 seconds. One-time purchased credit packs expire 365 days after purchase. Subscription credits follow the billing period and plan displayed at checkout.
By completing checkout, you authorize the displayed charge and, for subscriptions, recurring charges until cancellation. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and included credits are shown before purchase. Payment processing is handled by an external payment processor.
You may cancel a subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting content or stopping use does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Credit restoration and cash-refund eligibility are governed by the Refund Policy and any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, security threats, prohibited content, misuse, legal requirements, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for user-supplied rights, third-party platform decisions, internet or service-partner outages, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
