Lip Sync AI is intended for authorized video dubbing and editing. This Policy supplements our Terms.

Permission is required

You must have all rights and consents needed for each source video, face, likeness, voice, audio recording, music track, script, and intended use. You are responsible for disclosing that media has been edited or generated when required by law, platform rules, or the context in which it is shared.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the service for:

sexual exploitation or sexualized content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor;
non-consensual intimate content or sexualized impersonation;
fraud, phishing, extortion, harassment, threats, stalking, or defamation;
deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, or false official or emergency messages;
political manipulation or misleading public-safety communications;
unauthorized use of another person's face, likeness, voice, copyrighted work, or private information;
hateful or violent abuse, illegal goods or activity, or malware; or
attempts to bypass safety, account, credit, payment, or access controls.

Do not present an output as authentic evidence, an official endorsement, or another person's medical, legal, or financial advice when it is not.

Safety and enforcement

We may use automated and manual measures to identify prohibited activity. These measures can make mistakes and do not replace your responsibility to obtain authorization and comply with law.

We may refuse a request, remove access to content, restrict or suspend an account, reverse promotional benefits, preserve necessary evidence, or report activity when reasonably required to protect people, enforce this Policy, or comply with law. Billing and credit consequences are governed by the Refund Policy.

To report misuse or request review of an account decision, contact support@lipsyncai.tools. Include a safe description and relevant account or generation identifier. Do not attach illegal content, full payment-card information, passwords, private keys, or unnecessary intimate media.
